inno TSD has started its SME support mission towards European projects under a contract with the Regional Council. To respond to the difficulties encountered by its SMEs in accessing European projects, the PACA Region is launching an innovative mechanism in partnership with inno TSD to assist them in the process of submitting innovative projects funded by the European Commission.
Strengthening the participation of SMEs in the PACA region in European projects, a real political will.
The Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur Region and its President Renaud Muselier wished to launch an innovative and experimental mechanism to support regional SMEs towards European projects in close cooperation with experts in project development like inno TSD. inno TSD works in particular with SMEs intending to position themselves on calls for proposals launched by the European Commission such as Horizon 2020, COSME and EUROSTARS.
A mechanism closely related to the local innovation ecosystem.
A call for expression of interest has been launched by the Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur Region (available here) and relayed by the region's major pôles de compétitivité and clusters to encourage innovative SMEs to apply. The selected SMEs will thus have the opportunity to benefit from personalised support adapted to their needs, with the aim of supporting their rise in skills and increasing their success rate and their participation in European projects.
A tailor-made support for SMEs selected by inno TSD.
The first SMEs selected under this scheme will be accompanied by inno TSD as of July 2018. A preliminary time of exchange will be systematically organised between each SME, the Region and inno TSD in order to identify which call for proposals to target and support the structuration of the concept. From the building of the consortium to the submission of the proposal, inno TSD will support each selected SME throughout the process to increase its chances of success thanks to its expertise and experience of European projects.
